Downloadable software, digital goods such as ebooks or PDFs, offered as items separate from or outside of a course, are not eligible for refund or return.


Students who register for courses sometimes change their minds and we believe there should be a refund policy for these circumstances.

Refunds for courses are only given in these cases:

  • The student did not access any portion of the course, and the user requests a refund in writing with 7 days of the date of purchase.
  • There will be no refund for any online course once any of the course material (lessons, videos, downloads, etc) has been accessed in any manner.
  • Access to course is determined by our software tracking system which shows student progress for every course they have purchased.

By enrolling in and accessing any online course, you are agreeing to this refund policy.
